I have 90% in 10th, 93% in 12th, and 60% in graduation. Do I have a chance of getting into XLRI?

XLRI can be achieved by converting the XAT scores. But for that, the score must be higher than the 99.4 percentile. If the conversion is not the priority, then an interview call could be thereby obtaining a higher 98 percentile. So learn the priorities well.

  • XLRI doesn't have high criteria and cut-offs like IIMs have.
  • They don't focus on academics as such.
  • The main thing is that a student should pass and qualify the sectional requirements and should be able to attain the overall percentile.
  • Once attained, the interview process would be started.
  • The results will be based on the performance of the interview. Make your interview count.

There is less weightage of work experience also. The experience doesn't matter that much. But to have the knowledge and experience in one's own domain will lead you to explore the subject more and go into the depths.
