Which is the best IIT Tirupati CSE or VIT Vellore CSE?

IIT Tirupati is an autonomous engineering technological Institute and first one of the 3rd phase IITs in India. Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore is one of the best technical universities in India. IIT Tirupati has been ranked 24 for Engineering by JEE cutoff 2019.
