Infrastructure wise VIT is one of the most impressive colleges with state of the art STM and the recently constructed machinery. It is enriched with plenty of greenery and the gender ratio is also good.

  • Professors are diverse and the majority of them have tremendous skill.
  • The library is excellent. You will gain everything that you require.
  • It is a bit overpopulated but eventually, one will get the hang of it.
  • One can also watch out for Itp programs for transferring to units abroad after completing 2 years in VIT.
  • VIT has a far better Alumni connection than BIT Mesra.

The table shows a brief overview of the institutions:

Particulars

VIT Vellore

BIT Mesra

Median Salary

Rs. 6.05 Lakh

Rs. 11.76 Lakh

Entrance Criteria

VITEEE

JEE Main

Fees

Rs. 7.83 Lakh

Rs. 13.15 Lakh

Placement:

  • Industrial talks from legendary employees from Microsoft, JP Morgan, etc. will give speeches to guide the students to streamline their career.
  • The best aspect is the incredible club and chapter environment where one may even end up doing projects for the government.
  • Placements are far better than the BIT Mesra because it is geographically closer to Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore and proximity is an essential portion.

Ranking:

  • The rankings published by the MHRD in NIRF certainly place VIT Vellore before BIT Mesra.
  • VIT has under 550 subject ranks in chem use and sees in the world. Besides goes, experts fare well in all other tournaments. Endless hackathons to strengthen and test the student's skills.
  • While rankings may or may not command the legacy, Vit Vellore provides you with a global environment where international students are also there.

BIT Pilani gives strong competition but Mesra isn’t even thought deserving of analysis and people might put government college and private college conditions but that shouldn’t be a factor of comparison.
