You need a strategic plan and rigorous timetable to score well in JIPMER and AIIMS. Here are some important topics that you need to pay more attention to while preparing.

Physics - Thermodynamics, Optics, Mechanics, and Nuclear Physics.
Chemistry - Organic Chemistry, Mole Concept, Periodic Table, Chemical Bonding, and Coordinate Chemistry.
Biology - Genetics, Ecology,
and Environment, Morphology, Cell Biology, Reproduction and Physiology of Animal and Plants, Biotechnology.
Work on your weaker areas, until you have a good grasp on them.
Go through the previous years’ questions.

Also, take as many mocks as you can while preparing.

AIIMS and JIPMER both are not so different from each other and they are not tough to crack either.

AIIMS and JIPMER more or less have the same course.
With the correct knowledge, dedication, and practice it both can be prepared easily.
Study the courses very well and do not dwell deep into the topics unless necessary.
For preparing for these exams a candidate must be fully aware of the strategy to be applied for studying.
Apart from studying, candidates also need to get as much practice as possible for the papers.
Make it their passion to crack the exam successfully and want it.
Go through the textbooks, notes, and previous year questions.

Through previous year papers, the candidate has an insight into the sort of questions asked and to check the level of the questions and then prepare accordingly. It’s best to devote most of your time towards studying.
