AIIMS Delhi Scholarship 2025

At AIIMS Delhi, the tuition fees for various courses are exceptionally affordable. For paramedical courses, the total cost is around 425 INR for the entire four-year program, with a registration fee of 25 INR. Students receive a monthly stipend of 500 INR for the first three years and 13,000 INR during the six-month internship. The MBBS program costs approximately 7,200 INR for the entire 5.5-year duration, with no significant fee hikes over the years.

AIIMS Delhi offers merit-cum-means scholarships, and students can apply for scholarships through the National Scholarship Portal. Hostel fees range from 20 INR per month, with a refundable security deposit of 1,000 INR. There are no tuition or lab fees, and additional costs such as mess fees are around 3,900 INR per month. Scholarships from external sources, including the AIIMSONIANS Merit cum Means scholarship providing 10,000 INR per annum, are available to students.
