Contrary to popular belief, there is no significant difference between CSE and IT, as the course structure at IIIT A is top-notch and highly regarded in India. - However, it is important to note that if you are interested in exploring other fields of engineering, you may not receive much exposure at IIIT A. The primary courses offered here are IT and ECE.
- On the other hand, if you are passionate about coding and aspire to achieve something big in the field of computers, IIIT A is an excellent choice. The institute has a range of technical societies, such as the Competitive Coding Wing, Web Development Wing, FOSS Wing for open source software development, Graphics Wing, Networking Wing, and App Development Wing, among others. These societies provide exposure to all aspects of computer science that you may not find in many other engineering colleges.
- When it comes to VIT, it is important to note that you may not be able to expect top-notch faculty, as the institution is run by a private organization that does not have to provide feedback to anyone about the people they bring in to teach.
