There is a clear demarcation between the both. Project management is basically preparing a student for the project industry whereas advanced construction management is related to construction projects.

Which is better, Manipal Institute of Technology or NIT Trichy?
Both Manipal Institute of Technology and NIT Trichy are highly reputed institutions for engineering education in India. Both institutes have a strong academic reputation, excellent faculty and facilities, and a large number of successful alumni.
If I were in your place, I would have chosen NIT Trichy for the simple fact that its a government college and ranked much better than MIT Manipal. It’s one of the top NITs and is second only to the top IITs. Some might comment that MIT Manipal has better infrastructure then they should also be aware of the fact that its amazing infrastructure comes out of their pockets. The fees charged are exorbitantly high so the excellent infrastructure is well-deserved. I am not claiming that MIT Manipal isn't good, in fact, it's the second-best private college after BITS but it still has a long way to go to reach the standards of IITs and NITs. However, it's important to note that my answer is only in comparison to NIT Trichy. If you are getting any other NIT that is not among the top 5, then in that case, choose MIT Manipal.
Ultimately, the choice of which institute is better for you will depend on your individual needs, preferences, and goals.

IIM Ahmedabad is indeed different from IIM B, C, K, and I in many aspects. Some of these aspects are it’s:

I have friends from both Thapar and HBTI, so I think I can answer this question.
- Thapar is a private university, so naturally, it has better infrastructure.
- HBTI, on the other hand, is one of the oldest institutions of the country and at the same time has gained much reputation among the students. It also has an extensive alumni network.
- Also, the chemical branch at HBTI Kanpur is well-known among students for its highly qualified and skillful faculty members.

Which college is better for a PGDM, Doon Business School or ICFAI, Dehradun?
For a PGDM, Doon Business School is a better option. It offers good ROI. According to the recent highlights of Doon Business School placements, the average CTC offered to students is around INR 7.40 LPA. While the highest CTC offered was INR 23 LPA.
DBS offers good infrastructure and facilities. You will get the option to do value added certifications such as SAP-UA certification, Digital Marketing, Six sigma, etc.
Which one to choose SJMSOM or IIM Indore?
Both SJMSOM and IIM Indore are distinguished B-Schools in this league. IIM is a brand name on its own and offers certain perks that make it a better choice.
- Specialization: SJMSOM is known for its Operations and IT/Analytics/Consulting. Most of the students remain confused in choosing their specialization and tend to delve into their options at the end of their first year. This can be quite helpful if you want to explore your options in the first year and then choose a specialization.

Often IIM Indore completes their placement before SJMSOM and other IIMs. However, the competition at IIM Indore is high. - Campus: IIM Indore has a splendid campus situated out of the city. The campus is huge and is one of the best campuses in India. At SJMSOM, the campus is to be shared with engineering students. However, this is not much of a problem for students. IIM Indore also provides more extracurricular opportunities.

Which college is better, Kongu or MEPCO?
One of my friends studied at Kongu Engineering College. According to him, it will be a better choice than MEPCO.
- In MEPCO there are times when students have to abide by certain petty rules and regulations, like using mobiles, being unable to attend symposiums, etc.
- In Kongu, you have the freedom to learn new things. You can learn about both software, the ones in your curriculum and not.
- All the professors are knowledgeable and highly experienced. They are extremely cooperative as well.
- You will socialize with lots of people through clubs, Entrepreneurship cells, organizing committees, etc.
- You learn leadership, working with a team, organizing, conducting a function, etc.
- These things are not offered in MEPCO.
- In Kongu you can improve your communication and language skills.

Which is better NIT Surat or PEC Chandigarh?
When it's about choosing the colleges then analyze the statistics, not the ranking. PEC is statistically better than the NITs. It has been proven over the years that the tag of NIT doesn't matter that much.

FMS Delhi is one of the oldest MBA colleges and attracts highly qualified individuals every year. Its rankings and placement statistics are living proof of its legacy and excellence. At no single aspect does JBIMS give an edge to FMS. Owing to its outstanding performance in delivering management talent every year, it attracts top firms for recruitment and the best candidates. NITIE is a very reputed and popular college of our country and it is among the top 20 colleges for MBA. Doing an MBA from this college will give you a better perspective of business. Here you will also get the chance to explore more options apart from civil engineering.
- At NITIE, only engineers are applicable for admission in this course, so the competition will be very high.
- This is a general management course, so you may or may not get a course in core companies.
- But if you want to stay connected to civil engineering, then you can choose NICMAR as its course structure is related to civil engineering.
- The placement records of this college are very good as the companies visiting the campus for placements are of the same level as IIT Delhi and IIT Madras.
- They also offer similar salary packages.
