BIT Mesa, also known as Birla Institute of Technology, Mesa, is known to be one of the most prestigious engineering and technical institutes in India. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in various fields of engineering, technology, applied sciences, management, and architecture.
The college has a great emphasis on research and innovation and has ties with several national and international institutions. It is advised that you do not consider whether the IGNOU certificate is valuable in terms of getting a job. However, the acquired knowledge and skills will be precious to you. Time management, submitting assignments on time, and sitting for exams at the end are all essential requirements.
The institute's name serves only as an icebreaker at first; once hired, there is no turning back. Put that knowledge to use at work.
Most importantly, it is a GOVERNMENT OF INDIA recognized certificate that is accepted almost everywhere in the world.
So, if you want to work while studying or can't afford a regular course, IGNOU is far superior to good.
Supply Chain Management deals with the flow of goods and services from external businesses or places. Operation management is the management of internal processes. The skill-sets required for SCM and Operations Management are fairly similar. Many companies have different teams or individuals that handle these areas separately. Also, for some companies, a single team or a person handles both areas. The meaning of SCM and Operations are often interchangeable. In NITIE also, they mean the same thing.

You should keep in mind that easy paper results in more competition, so don’t aim below 150.

I think I am the right person to answer this question as I have worked with graduates from the aforementioned top B Schools in India and my brother was a student at ISB. With the combined experience and knowledge I have, I dare to comment that ISB is an overhyped B school in India. What makes it stand is its amazing infrastructure, founding members, and the whole Western-style education. However, if you look at its academic style, I don’t find it very appealing. It fails to prepare students well and does not meet the standards of the 4 IIMs (ABCL) and XLRI.
Placements-wise one can comment that ISB is a notch better than XLRI and FMS but it is on the same level as IIM Lucknow.
Ultimately, the brand value of a business school is a matter of personal opinion and is subjective.
Yes, BITS Pilani will increase their fees in the near future. But you also need to know the reason behind this. The top government engineering institutions such as IITs receive full government funding which helps them to operate efficiently and thus charge lower fees. However, BITS Pilani does not receive any kind of government funding so its main source of revenue is the students’ fees to maintain the level of education and onboard top-notch faculties. The current fee of BITS Pilani is around INR 21 lakhs which I agree is a bit too much.
At BITS Pilani, study projects are an easy way to secure an ‘A’ in your elective. You can pick up a subject of your interest and do research on it for the rest of the semester. You will have to submit mid-term, end-term, and presentation on your project, based on which you will be graded. There are options to take lab-oriented projects and research-oriented projects.
