Considering your great JEE Main marks and percentage in the CBSE Delhi board, you have a high chance of making it to IIIT Delhi. A close friend had a similar profile and was able to join IIIT Delhi last year. He claimed his passion for CSE to be the sole reason he chose the institute over better-reputed ones. It's the best college if you are genuinely interested in CS and want to learn. Moreover, it’s a research-oriented institute so if you are a research enthusiast, you will find the best resources and facilities here.
I will suggest you choose IIIT Delhi over NSIT and DTU because it has been developing at a fast pace and will soon rank better than these colleges.
First of all, there is no fixed syllabus for NIMHANS’ M.Phil and PhD (Clinical Psychology) entrance exams. The exam comprises several MCQs, for which you have to go through many topics rather than studying deeply. So, one should try to read as many books as possible or at least go through their glossaries only. Here are some great recommendations for M.Phil and Ph.D. (Clinical Psychology):
To score better you should focus more on these specific topics:
Additionally, for the PhD entrance exam, you need to study Statistics and Research Methodology.
Without any second thoughts, choose AFMC over CMC because it ranks higher than most other medical colleges in the country. AFMC provides excellent exposure and opportunities to its students both in terms of academics as well as research. The most appealing aspect of the institute is that it’s a government college so the tuition is almost free of cost. CMC on the other hand is a private medical college that charges a high fee.
Although there isn’t a guarantee of a PG seat in any medical college, I can say that if you have done MBBS in AFMC then your chances of getting a PG seat are very high.
Overall, the top-notch academic ambiance and the highly qualified faculty pool make it an excellent choice and therefore should certainly be considered over CMC Vellore.
In order to get admission at IIFM, you need to appear for CAT/XAT examinations. You will be shortlisted based on your score. The next stage of selection is GD-PI. You will receive the admission offers from IIFM, if you clear the GD-PI round.
Many major MNCs take part in campus placement. Students get job roles in various sectors such as banking, finance, development management, etc.
The admission procedure for an MA in economics at the Delhi School of economics has two modes, i.e. Direct or Merit Mode and Entrance Test Mode. For both modes of admission, the prerequisites are described below:
The documents needed at the time of admission are listed below.
It is not impossible to get into NIT Trichy or any top institution for an average student. I was an average student during school time and got a 7.6 CGPA in my 10th board examination. During my 12th boards, I worked hard and scored an astonishing 94.6%.
During my first attempt in JEE Mains, I got a 93.1 percentile. My score depressed me and I decided to prepare well for my second attempt. On my next attempt, I scored 98.120 percentile. It was a huge improvement for me.
Even though I had an OBC quota through which I got a seat at NIT Kurukshetra in an Electrical Engineering course, the point of this answer is that if I could’ve picked myself up and improved to such a great extent, even you can do so. However, I must warn you that for NIT Trichy you will have to work extremely hard.
The admission procedure at NSD is quite unpredictable. If you have done 6 plays it will help but it doesn’t necessarily mean that you will get selected.
Let’s say a person has 8 years of stage experience and has done over 20 plays. But there is no diversity. Also, he/she does not have much direction or backstage experience. It’s not likely that he/she will be selected.
However, if you have done 5 plays and have good technical knowledge of theater, then you can get admission easily.
For getting admission into BE and B.Tech degree at RMK Engineering College Chennai, you should have passed 12th standard or equivalent in Tamil language recognized by Anna University in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry.
For direct admission in the second year of engineering (lateral entry), the candidate should have passed the diploma examination in engineering or technology of the state board of technical education and training Tamil Nadu or equivalent examination.
Tuition and other fees as prescribed by the college should be made in full before the last date. The fees are non-refundable. If you want to leave the course in the middle then you have to pay the full fees of the course. The decision of the college will be final related to admission, counseling, and discipline. Applications for the admission process must be obtained from the college campus along with the prospectus.
If you meet the prescribed eligibility criteria and pass their entrance admission assessment, you will definitely get admission in AKTU Lucknow. Visit the university’s official website to know the date of the entrance exam you are willing to pursue. They generally conduct a statewide exam, earlier known as the State Entrance Exam or SEE.
AKTU has both private as well as public educational institutes under it. If you want offers from well reputed colleges you will have to score wel in the assessment of the respective course.
There are 2 scenarios for admissions:
Either you get admitted through a regular counseling process. This will require you to pay the stipulated fees prescribed by the university. These seats are often referred to as government seats.
Or if you fail to get through the regular counseling process, try to get admission to the college of your choice through the respective institute’s management quota route.
But the fees of these seats are around twice or thrice the original fees.
As an undergraduate, you must complete the following tasks:
Better 10th and 12th-grade point averages, at least above 80% in both.
Maintain your academic focus.
Choose a non-engineering subject for your undergraduate studies. It will help your profile.
Attempt to score above the 99th percentile on the CAT. If you want, you can do coaching during your undergrad.
Enhance your communication and writing abilities. This will be beneficial in WAT and GD/PI. If you want, you can join Toastmasters or start a blog.
If you want, try to participate in some extracurricular activities. This will not improve your IIM chances (unless you have a national-level certificate), but it will add some vibrancy to your profile. Activities can range from being a member of a club or placement cell to creating your own YouTube channel.
Perform some internships or work as a freelancer on a project. It will provide fodder for conversation in interviews.
