One of my friends is pursuing a BTech from IIT Mandi so I think I’m better positioned to tell you about its library. 

IIT Mandi has library facilities on both North and South campuses. The library offers a vast collection of books related to all fields (43,694 books), journeys, and electronic resources (48,746 e-resources). The library also has multiple reading rooms that provide an excellent environment for education. IIT Mandi’s library operations are automated using KOHA software. Additionally, School of School of Physical Sciences at IIT Mandi also has a central library with similar features, including a good collection of AV materials such as CDs and DVDs.

IIT Mandi has a large campus which is spread over approximately 538 hectares (about 1,330 acres) in the Kamand Valley. This includes two campuses North and South with a combination of mountain terrain. It is India’s one beautiful green campus which is surrounded by mountains and trees.

IIT ISM Dhanbad has a campus size of 393 acres. Out of this area, 218 acres is the developed campus area, and the remaining 175 acres is under development. The campus of IIT ISM Dhanbad is covered with lush green trees, and the college has a good learning environment. IIT Dhanbad offers more than 18 branches of Engineering, Applied Sciences, Management, etc. Each specialisation/degree has a separate department for itself.
