The IIT Guwahati campus is spread across 703 acres. It is the 6th largest IIT in India area-wise, and it has a beautiful campus. In the backdrop, river Brahmaputra flows on one side and lush green mountains are situated on the other side.

There are around 420 academic staff members and more than 6000 students at IIT Guwahati at present. The campus has all the necessary facilities for students and faculty members. The college has well-equipped laboratories, a library, hostels, playgrounds, and much more. The Department of Biomedical Engineering at IIT Hyderabad is known for its approach to addressing health challenges through engineering solutions. It offers BTech, MTech, PhD and minor courses along with an array of elective courses. The department features are listed below.

As the campus is still being constructed and new departments are being built, there are chances that IIT Hyderabad may start offering a dedicated full-time MBA program in the future.

• Elan & ?Vision is the annual techno-cultural fest and is one of the largest fests in South India. It features professional and semi-professional events and showcases cultural performances and tech solutions.
• Milan is the annual techno-cultural sports championship at IIT Hyderabad. 19 sports, 18 cultural and 11 technical events are conducted between hostel blocks.
• Zozimus is the IITH Literary Fest. The highlight is the ZOZ MuN where participants engage in exciting Model United Nations.
