When considering whether or not to leave a PGDM in Marketing at IMT Ghaziabad for a new IIM, it is important to take into account the reputation and track record of the institution you currently attend. Your chances of getting an interview call from the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) may not be very strong based on your academic performance. While IIMs do consider academic performance as a factor in the admissions process, it is primarily used to selectively shortlist candidates from a pool of applicants who have achieved adequate scores on the Common Admission Test (CAT). You can get the date of the IIM interview changed. You just need to mail the Admission Office of the University requesting the rescheduling by giving a genuine reason behind the same. You have to be honest and polite yet straightforward. 

There are lots of people who request a change of interview date because of clashing schedules or another major exam on the same date. The reason must be valid otherwise your request will not be considered.
