The university is known for its Aeronautical Engineering department. It offers 36 different courses under B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Phil, M.Sc, MS, and Ph.D. degrees. The college offers 9 separate specializations under the undergraduate degree each for the duration of 4 years.
Admission Process:
B.Tech:
- The candidate has to pass the 10+2 exam with a minimum of 50%; with Physics, Maths, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
- Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) exam is necessary to get an undergraduate seat in the college.
- Post the exam, students have to fill the registration form on the Anna University's website. The online application needs to be filled with precaution and an application fee of INR 800 is required.
- The application form of the candidate needs to be mailed to the Office of Director of Admissions, Anna University.
- After the announcement of Merit list, students have to attend the TNEA counseling process conducted by the University.
- Students need to reach the venue with the required documents and a DD of INR 5,000.

What are the rules for awarding grace marks for engineering in Mumbai University?
Mumbai University offers grace marks if you fail in one subject in a semester. Let’s say, there are 6 subjects in a semester, and if you fail in two subjects, you won’t get grace marks. The university only offers grace marks, if you pass in all the subjects except one. The amount of grace marks allotted is 10%. If you fail a theory examination with 80 marks, then 10% of 80, i.e. 8 is given as grace marks.
How is mess food at IIIT Delhi?
Unfortunately, IIIT Delhi's mess food is like any other typical mess food. I have friends in other IITs and I heard from them that their mess food is better. The mess scenes are very chaotic, especially during the day.
There are frequent menu changes but only for the show. No new dishes are added and only the order or serving is changed. They even interchange lunch and dinner and claim this act as updating the menu. The mess app doesn't improve the food quality.
The food served is of substandard quality and the majority of students tend to order their food online. So, be prepared to be disappointed by the IIITD Mess.
What is the future scope after completion of quantity survey & contract management from NICMAR Hyderabad?
Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (QSCM) is an excellent course offered by NICMAR Hyderabad. You will be able to study almost all of the important subjects included in the ACM curriculum. Contract management, arbitration and conciliation, rate analysis, and valuations are all considerations.
Project management software like Primavera P6, MSP, Candy CCS, are also included in the Qscm and Acm curricula.
I've been in touch with alumni from the QSCM batch, and they're doing well in the industry. The majority of them work in Gulf countries for some of the best construction firms and Project Management Consultancies, while the rest work as Managers in domestic companies.

How good is NIT Agartala?
First I would like to tell you about some pros and cons of NIT Agartala-
Pros -
- Peaceful and green campus spread across 350 acres.
- The weather in Agartala is great.
- Dedicated canteens for various foods- South Indian, North Indian, Bengali, etc. on campus.
- Decent placements that are improving each year. Companies like SAP Labs, Oracle, Samsung R&D, Book MY Show, Huawei, Amdocs, Tata Motors and Maruti visit our campus during the placement season.
- Top-notch infrastructure. Some highlights of the same are Supercomputers, EM, AFM, FESEM, XRD, Scanning electron microscope, and ISRO innovation incubation centre.
Cons-
- Agartala is remotely located. So you won’t have access to Dominos, Pizzahut, Fun Cinemas and malls.
- The campus is located in the hills with poor roadways. So transportation is a major issue.
NIT Agartala is one of the fastest-growing NITs. Don’t reject it simply for its geographical location. Based on my experience, NITA is better than most private engineering colleges and half of the NITs.
Which is better to pursue, an MBA in BIMTECH Noida or an MBA in BITS Pilani? I have 2 years of TCS experience with a 77 percentile.

What is the cutoff for MIT Pune and VIT Pune through the JEE Mains?
MIT Pune cutoff through JEE Main usually stays above 90 percentile. You will need a score of around 150+. MIT assigns 50% weight to past academics. So, you need to have a good academic record as well to get a shortlist.
VIT cutoff stays around 96+ percentile, for general category students. With a percentile in this range, you will have a good chance of getting Mechanical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering.
These are tentative ranks. The required cutoff varies depending on various factors such as branch, competition, seat availability, etc.

Many people believe that MCA is too difficult and not worth the effort. You don't have to listen to someone else's hopelessness or anything negative people say if you haven't experienced it. - IILM Greater Noida is one of the wonderful campuses with A+ residential hostels with private fully air-conditioned rooms.
- The students are given case studies from Harvard that will enhance and groom their existing skills.
- There is a complete one-month student exchange program organized by the college so that students can study and gain working experience in countries like Canada, Germany, Belgium, and France.
- During the placement drive, the students are allowed for at least 2-3 chances even if he/she gets placement in some prestigious company.

- Moving to demerits it can be said that the teaching faculty is not up to the mark, except for some.
- The management system is confusing to understand.

So you must get a glimpse of the college for an MBA. Though the college has the facility of providing comfortable accommodation, it lacks the main purpose for which students come here, including education, quality of faculty, opportunities offered to students, and placements.
