Both NIT Rourkela and NIT Jaipur are reputed institutes in India. Both offer quality education, a resourceful atmosphere, and placement support to the students. So, the final decision can be made based on your interest in the branch and distance from home. These two institutes never disappoint you, so you can easily choose one among them based on your convenience.

In my opinion, NIT Warangal is better than BITS Hyderabad. It is a top NIT and branches like CSE, Electrical and ECE at it are comparable to the top IITs. I would in fact say that all the branches at NIT Warangal are good. In terms of facilities and infrastructure, both the colleges are comparable. However, you will get much more exposure at NITW. 

NITW conducts seminars and workshops by IIT professors and other eminent professors from foreign universities. It has a better collection of books- both quantity-wise and quality-wise. In private colleges one can keep 2-4 books at a time, but in government colleges, there is no such limitation on book allotment. For placements too, NITW is better. It has a greater alumni network and better industry connect because it is much older than BITS Hyderabad. 

The best option is to take up CSE at NIT Warangal for great career opportunities. But at the end of the day, your efforts will determine your future. Your college tag is important but what will matter more is how much effort you are ready to put in on your skill development.

As one of my friends is a student of REVA University, I might be able to provide some information about it.

• The faculty members of REVA University are extremely helpful and highly experienced in their particular field. 
• The environment here is very disciplined and has an excellent learning atmosphere. 
• The CS department organizes workshops for better learning.
• The placement here is not the best but is improving very well. If proper education is provided the students will be able to secure a good job offer even in off-campus placements.
• Considering hostels, REVA University has one of the well-maintained hostels in the country.
• The food provided is good, healthy, and affordable. 
• Other facilities like a laundry facility are available at INR 100 per year.

But like everything else it has its flaws which bother the students. This includes the wifi facilities which are not great as in the hostels most of the times the connection is interrupted.

The best way to choose the right college for you is to give preference to the branch and not just the tag. As a NIT pass out my friend claims that the opportunities NIT provides, and the freedom it gives you to grow is unmatched. The institute does give you a high level of freedom that might break or make your career. It’s you who decides the choices you make. 

The best part about NIT Durgapur is its active club culture, which ensures a good bond between like-minded people. Also, being a government college, NIT charges very low fees in comparison to MIT, a private college.

Two of my close friends are studying at NIT Surathkal and MNNIT Allahabad respectively and often I hear them comparing their colleges based on some aspects. 

• Environment: Both NITs have a well-maintained and lush green campus. NIT Surathkal has a slight advantage because of its private beach. So, if you love beaches and swimming NIT Surathkal is for you. NIT Allahabad offers scenic views at Sangam and students enjoy taking holy baths and spending evenings there.
• Faculty: MNNIT Allahabad are very friendly and often use their native language during lectures while NIT Surathkla professors are a nit professional and never use their native language in the classroom.
• Placements : The average package of IT at NIT Suratkal is INR 23.03 LPA while that of CSE at MNNIT is INR 27.07 LPA. MNNIT Allahabad has slightly better placements although NIT Surathkal has a better location. 
• Food: It may be difficult to get non-veg food in Allahabad within the hostel premises. In NIT-S, there is no such restriction and a variety of non-veg food is offered. 

Ultimately, the choice is yours!

Both institutes are well known for their excellent education and opportunities offered. So you can choose the branch and college on the basis of your own preferences. However, some points you might want or consider

Campus: NIT Delhi operates from a temporary campus which is located far away from the country and its permanent campus is still under construction. IIT Delhi on the other hand is a fully-fledged established Institute with a fully functioning well facilitated campus.

Placements: Although Textile Engineering has very few core job opportunities, people tend to go for non-core jobs instead to secure a high-paying job at a top company. Meanwhile, NIT Delhi being younger than IIT Delhi has fewer companies visiting campus with CS roles despite being a demanded branch.

If you are actually keen to pursue CSE, go for better Engineering colleges like NITs, DTU, NSIT, and IIIT D. In fact even at IIT Delhi, you can pursue your coding passion alongside your main branch textile and sit for IT placements. The final decision is yours to make and you can consider additional aspects like fees, location, and academics while making your decision.

Here is a one-to-one comparative analysis of NIT Silchar and NIT Jamshedpur based on these aspects

Placements: The placement scenario is slightly better at NIT Jamshedpur than at NIT Silchar. Last year the average package for NIT Jamshedpur stood at INR 14.72 LPA while that of NIT Silchar stood at INR 13.58 LPA.

Campus life: NIT Jamshedpur has a very monotonous and inactive college life whereas NIT Silchar is known to have quite a dynamic campus life with many clubs and societies. 

Infrastructure: NIT Jamshedpur has very poor infrastructure. Apart from the newly established hostels and a newly constructed grand academic building, there is nothing more to the college's infrastructure. NIT Silchar on the other hand has top-notch infrastructure with many facilities such as gymkhana, student activity center, auditorium, and other sports facilities. It has a very lush green campus that is heaven for nature lovers. 

In all, NIT Jamshedpur and NIT Silchar offer similar job opportunities but NIT Silchar has slightly better campus life and infrastructure.

 When it comes to choosing between IIIT-NR and NIT Raipur, it's recommended to go with NIT Raipur for the following reasons:

• IIITs are undoubtedly among the best institutions in the country for providing ECE and CSE courses. However, IIIT-NR is a relatively new and small college with a smaller college strength.
• IIIT-NR lacks well-established clubs, committees, and Training and Placement offices, which can be a disadvantage for students.
• On the other hand, NIT Raipur is an old and established college with strong alumni support, numerous events, and a well-equipped Placement cell. Being a part of cultural, technical, or managerial events can help students enhance their skills and network with industry experts.
• While NIT Raipur may appear old and dusty, it has a proven track record of successful placements and a sure future for its students.
• It's always better to go for a sure future than to take a risk with a not-so-sure future.

Therefore, if you have the choice between IIIT-NR and NIT Raipur, it's recommended to choose NIT Raipur for a better chance at a successful career.
