Mr. Sudha Kumar is the Chairman of Pioneer and Trinity College of Hotel Management, Hyderabad. He has been in this hospitality industry training students for over two decades and started his career by studying at IIHM. He also worked at the Department of Andhra Pradesh as a Joint Director and as a Director for the National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management(NITIM). His special interests are in establishing cloud kitchens for star hotels as well.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

How do you strategize about the key programs of your school?

Constantly upgrading our programs to be relevant to the current market requirements”

We stay abreast with the latest upcoming trends that will give our students an edge in the competitive job market. It is very important to be nimble in this regard to provide the most relevant learning to our students. For marketing, we rely largely on the quality of our programs to do the bulk of the talking. Regular marketing activities also play an important part to create visibility.
