Being able to help students realise their future dreams has always been a motivating factor for me. I feel encouraged the most when I am among my students exchanging knowledge and views. It is a very dynamic and evolving field.


What is your philosophy of leadership? 

A good leader leads by example and experience”

My leadership style is to provide the right motivation and adequate tools to facilitate growth. I move along with the people, the changes in technology and update myself on the latest trends in the industry. Whenever a daunting task is carried out by a co-employee, I make it a point to appreciate his/her effort in public. I strongly believe that such kind of nice gestures and appreciations make people more responsible in discharging their duties. 


How do you plan the marketing strategies of your Institute?

“Student feedback and a strong digital ad campaign”

I firmly believe that the student’s feedback and their testimonials are the biggest marketing tool for any educational institution. The other prominent way is the methods of teaching an institution adopts, which needs to have a widespread positive effect.

What do you think your responsibilities to the Institute and the students are?

As a principal, I provide instruction and support at the academic level to faculties and administration. This facilitates the active participation of all stakeholders in various college operations. My duties include:

  • Imparting knowledge, good values, modern-day challenges, and ways to resolve them within students.
  • Teaching them to maintain proper discipline and positive reinforcement for good behaviour.
  • Catering to students with learning difficulties.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see for higher education?

“Insufficient awareness and declining quality of education slow the progress”

There is a need to remodel the nature of instruction in educational institutions. On the training front, the declining quality of education in both public and private schools are my territories of concern. Another prominent challenge is setting up the system to suit the needs of today as most of the syllabus is outdated.
