He is an MBA professional (Marketing and Finance) with more than 15 years of experience in diversified fields. These include Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Training, Recruitments and Client Relationship Management for Education and Service Industry. He started his professional career in the Insurance Sector in 2006 and was associated with top brands. He also displayed his competencies in the field of Training and Placements. He finally moved to the Education sector and possesses more than 12 years of vast experience in it. He also writes blogs and articles and has rendered his professional services to National Level Sports Magazine.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

I love to keep my leadership style very simple and open. I promote regular communication within my team on both personal and professional front. I make an effort to understand their concerns and build trust among them. This is how I develop team spirit. 

How do various programs in your institute ensure a practical approach?

“Implementation of smart AV tools for an innovative pedagogy”

We offer degree and diploma courses in hospitality and hotel management which consists of a 70% practical approach and the remaining 30% as a theoretical component. We also ensure the audio-visual teaching methodology even for the theoretical component. The entire batch is divided into 4 sub batches for practical exposure. This allows equal opportunities and platforms for students to learn.

How does CHA’s pedagogy differ from the other institutes?

My roles and responsibilities towards the institution include spreading the awareness among youth and parents about the scope of hospitality industry through various seminars & presentations across various schools and colleges, to conduct various workshops for prospective students to motivate them to pursue hospitality as a career while maintaining the presence across all educational portals, social media and on Google. Whereas the responsibility towards students includes proper educational guidance and support in every sphere like academics, events, training and placements etc.

Tell us about your experience in higher education and what makes it the best industry to work in?

“An enriched journey that allows me to help students from various domains”

My experience in higher education has been a roller coaster ride. I started my journey in the education sector way back in 2010 as a TPO for the management wing. I took up other challenges and responsibilities towards admissions, student outreach and teaching. I have been part of 4 educational institutes to date and have explored various territories like Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, North-East and Nepal for admissions. I enjoy interacting with various students and parents through seminars and workshops and counselling.
