Dr. Pranav Misra is the Director at Lingya's Lalita Devi Institute of Management and Sciences, New Delhi. He has been associated with LLDIMS for the last 12 years. He did his Masters from V.B.S Purvanchal University. He also did an Executive Certificate Program in Data Analytics from IIM Rohtak. He has an esteemed profile of guiding students for several years.
What prime factors that connect you with the education sector?
“Civilization, National interest, and Passion”
Three crucial factors connect me with the education sector. The first one is Civilisation. It is necessary to deliver quality education to the next generation. National interest is the second one. It helps to build its foundation through the creation of knowledge among citizens. Our generation needs to be trained in accepted skills. The third factor is my Passion. I am a teacher by heart. It gives me a sense of fulfillment and encourages the building of a knowledge society.
What is your leadership philosophy?
“Our workforce and taking people along for every matter”
Leadership takes people along for every matter. We believe in our workforce. It is the people who build the organizations. Everybody has some unique potential for contributing to the college. We follow the same principle across leadership levels on our campus. A sense of accountability is essential. Our leadership team knows how to deal with failures. It is vital to point where leadership comes into the picture. Our leadership takes responsibility for fall outs if any leave praises for their team.
How do you implement plans for the administration of campus?
“Diverse learning and focus on serving batches for marketing”
Each program at Campus sets an aim and objective. We are a process-based and people-driven organization. Our UG programs focus on a diverse learning team of faculty members. We focus on servicing our batches. Moreover, we believe in word of mouth. Our priority is faculty and students.

Our Curriculum is designed by the GGSIP University. We introduce new content in the syllabus. Everything is latest and helps to build the future of students. Hence, the curriculum is proposed by stakeholders, departments, Board of studies and approved by the Academic Council. The curriculum is our strength.

What is your vision for LLDIMS?
“Consider evolution in all fields”
Evolution is a process. I had joined this College almost 12 years back. My vision and mission make the campus come under the consideration set of every student. When I look back, I think we have come a long way since 2005.

We are based on a strong value system and clear focus. Our Industry tie-ups, Global Partnerships, Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Infrastructure are our greatest strengths. We focus on the employability skills of our students, global education, research innovation, and entrepreneurship. Moreover, we want our students and faculty to be aware and responsible for society. We like to build a community of socially capable individuals.

“Learn and face the challenges”
We live in a knowledge society. Society features a series of interesting challenges consisting of societal, environmental, economical, global, and technological challenges. There are new centers of decision-making emerging nowadays. Societies across the globe are reproducing themselves with the help of knowledge-dependent operations. Hence, the real challenge is in emerging and confusing collective intelligence. The role of higher education is becoming a critical makeover.
What plans are you currently designing for campus?
“Be patient and less selective”
Youth in the present era is having the mindset of earning more in less time. This approach is good. On other hand, it is essential to be patient and observant to get better results. My suggestions to current youth are to be more patient and less selective.
How do you establish a healthy relationship in your university?
“Trust and transparency among faculty and students”
The foundation of a healthy relationship is trust and transparency. We maintain a cordial relationship among faculty and staff members. Mentoring students by faculty helps to establish communication. It solves all their problems related to academics.
