What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Connection and Self satisfaction”

I really feel myself connected with students regardless of their social interests and different behaviours. It has been a long time I am into counseling, mentoring, teaching & training and I am never fed of these things. They always excite me and satisfy me to the fullest knowing I have played my part in building the future of our nation. 

What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

“Good industrial exposure and relevant job market”

My prime task is to make them available with appropriate market places and industries for a good professional career. For this, we regularly carry out training sessions, workshops and mock interviews to prepare them well with reference to the job market. We have collaborated with many of the industries and multi national companies for better placement opportunities for students in our institution. 

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Good guidance and convenient communication with members”

I always follow the path of communication and conversation when it comes to leading such a huge department. Talking to each other, guiding and following norms and adaptation ability in various situations are necessary to build up a team and associate them to achieve a common goal.
