What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

"Access to high-quality research, teaching, and learning practice at all times"

I urge students to prepare for and attend many conferences held within and outside of the institute, which assist students to improve their abilities in a variety of subjects, as well as to cultivate reading habits by consulting various journals, periodicals, and articles.

How does your department prepare students for higher education and placements?

"We focus on the holistic development of a student"

For students who are preparing for higher education and good placements they should acquire new skills, to make it happen we train the students for employability through internship followed by placement. To strengthen the existing placement team, we are providing campus recruitment training for a student and also a mock interview facility is also organised for students.

What are the strategies that you have in mind for MGCPS for the next few years?

"We are planning to strengthen our academic session, improve the faculty talent continuously and strengthen our internal processes"

We focus on the overall development of students which can be done continuously which will help the students to match with the changing profile of their respective industry and also in the coming future we will be strengthening our industry connect.

What valuable advice would you like to give to the students for a prosperous career ahead?

"To diversify their knowledge and have good communication skills in order to expand information"

I encourage students to continue learning new and different skills in college or outside of college and to seek assistance from industry partners to expand their knowledge and keep up with the latest technology beyond the regular curriculum. This will help them grasp job opportunities and good communication and soft behaviour will also help them in their professional and personal lives.

What are the interventions you bring in apart from curriculum to teach the students?

"Hands-on training and various skill development programs for students"

Our efforts towards the students in making good human beings and handle the problems in an actual and scientific manner using advanced tools and techniques is by providing them hands on training and research to produce these skills and also to make the students to perform in a team we organise some activities like sports activity, cultural activity and club presentation by students which held inter and intra college levels.

How do you help your student to cope up with the competitive environment? 

"To compete in this world, we help to cultivate a culture of mental and physical well-being"

We encourage students to stay up to date on current events by participating in online forums, attending workshops, and contributing articles to professional magazines. It will pique people's curiosity and lead to more success.
