What are your roles and responsibilities?

“To bring best industries in the campus for placement”

As being Training and Placement coordinator, my accountability starts with providing the best opportunities to our students to learn and groom. I need to arrange training programs, mock interviews, industrial visits and seminars for them. And lastly, through the hard work, dedication and networking I have maintained with various industries, I put my best to bring the best companies during placements every year.

What inbound a student can gain from studying here in your college?

“We provide every learning window to our students and treat them equal”

Our college BIITM never ever thought of putting a brake on its education system, as with the future forecasts it has its own mission to find new ways. We conduct various educational and cultural activities to engage our students in a healthy manner. We also organize different competitions with respect to changing industry needs to test our student's skills and identify areas where we need to put more focus.

What do you think should be the college’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“To strengthen our relationship with students and industry friends”

We aspire to be one of the top management institutes among our existing and future students in terms of education, career opportunities and growth. So we should be focusing more on fulfilling our commitment to give a bright career to each and every student be it a fresher or experienced. And the relationship we have maintained with our fellow colleges and industry partners, we want that to expand over time.

How do you establish a healthy relation and environment in your college?

“Through everyone’s equal participation in college activities”

I use certain ways to create a healthy relation (with my fellow colleagues and students) and environment in my college. Firstly, my main emphasis is to have a better number of engagement activities between students and teachers to give them a chance of knowing each other more effectively. Also, I try to keep an open and positive communicative environment across our campus for meaningful thought processes and development.

What makes your college unique in comparison to others?

“We follow the latest curriculum and enforce on practical learnings in college”

Our curriculum is truly aligned with the university rules and guidelines. And we put our best to keep our learning process as much practical practice as possible so that students can use their theoretical knowledge and skills in a better way.

What are some of the greatest strengths of your college?

“Everyone who works for us and with us”

We give our 100% effort to our student's skills and personality enhancement. Because we believe that enriching their ethical and technical capabilities is our core responsibility. And this we achieve with the help of our highly qualified and experienced faculties and staff members. So our teachers and students are our main pillars of strength who help us in moving ahead with the same enthusiasm and spirit every day.
