How does the institute conduct its Industrial Training Program?

BSHM Bhubaneswar maintains a liaison between the industry and the students by helping them to participate in a 22 weeks program that offers practical training at different hotels in India. This training involves the four core operational departments in a hotel: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service and Kitchen. On successful completion of the Industrial Training, students receive a Certificate & Appraisals from Hotel to support the development of appropriate attitudes and behaviors during their training tenure. Training cell also organizes expert/guest lecturers & Industrial visits to give a deep insight into the industry to their students.
