Dr. P. Sivakumar is designated as the Director of I Business Institute located in Greater Noida. He has 18 years of working experience in the management field. He has a dynamic personality with a strong academic background with M.S., M.Phil., and Ph.D.

The expert has presented more than 20 research papers in National and International conferences. He has been involved in the making of Graduate courses for esteemed institution namely Fordham University. He has been associated with World Fair Trade Organization, Fair Trade Forum- India and various organizations associated with CSR activities.

Education industry has undergone a dynamic shift

With changing times, I have seen that people have now become more quality conscious. The current scenario for taking admission into higher education has completely changed. Nowadays, students have different expectations and mindsets. Classrooms are equipped with modern technologies because of which the nature of teaching-learning has undergone significant change. Technologies are making great impact in education. We, at IBI, try to put everything possible and try to connect with the education sector.

I do enjoy working in the education industry because of the relationship between the teacher and the student. I love to do new things and learn from them. It is the only industry in which the younger generation is shaping the future of our economy.

Leadership is more than just a job

The role of a leader is to create an environment that brings out the best in his/her team. Every success and failure is a great learning opportunity. I always strive towards being the best by giving importance to value-centric work. I seek to ensure that today is better than yesterday, and tomorrow is better than today. I try to motivate others to do more than what they wanted. My philosophy is to work with well-defined vision, missions, objectives, and goals.

The 2-year full time Post-Graduate Programme in Management (PGDM) is carefully designed to nurture the students to create value in their organization.
