What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“Transformational style of leadership is what I believe in”

I motivate the organization and the faculty members to keep on achieving to get benefited. It helps the institute to enhance the credibility as a growing institute and expand their missions on broader scales. I believe that the success and the failure of the institute depend upon the practices followed in the institute. I believe in team spirit, stress-free environment, a healthy interaction weekly, understanding the problems of teachers and students, and providing adequate solutions. Finally, supporting the faculties when they require key driving factors.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your College?

“Assessing the market scenario based on various parameters helps to strategize for the way forward”

Being the Director of MIMT We have planned for E- MBA and even for BBA Platina which is comparatively different from the MBA and BBA Course. We have strategically identified the different parameters based on which our students can be benefited and get assurance for the placement. Nowadays, many of the college’s promises many benefits to attract the students, and the reality is different. But for our college whatever the students are promised they get the same. We opt for different strategies to stand out in the market. We assess that excellent strategy must include having a unique USP, creating transparency on the things on the net. Also, helping and guiding the students for writing more papers, sharing through videos, and being an entrepreneur and showcasing their hidden talent. By gathering opinions from stakeholders, the institute gets a clear picture of what society is expecting and how to proceed forward.

“On behalf of Mangalmay foundation trust, fee waiver and scholarships are granted to the economically weaker students. Under the government Abhiyan “Beti Padhao Beti Bachao” financial aid is also being provided to girls as per the policy of the Institute.”

What do you think should be the Institutes top priority over the next 10 years?

“Our aim to diversify education opportunities to create more nation builders for tomorrow”

In the coming years, the institute will try to expand its branches in the field of Management and Education. The motive is to contribute to a higher side in society for the welfare of the country. In the coming year, the Institution is trying to achieve all the recognition from the recognized bodies like NBA, NIRF Ranking, ISO Certifications to become the centre of excellence in the field of education.

How are you managing admission in COVID-19 situations?

“We have worked tremendously on getting students admitted in our institute amid the crisis”

We are using a digital platform for the admission process. For the same, we have a fully dedicated admission team who is supporting and guiding the students who are seeking admission in various courses. Institute videos related to Infrastructure, Courses Offered, Faculties certification courses etc. Under one special video, we have also highlighted the precautions taken for the safety and Hygiene parameters for the students as well as the employees working in the institute to make students feel free to take admission in the college. As compared to other institutes in this pandemic situation of COVID -19, we have worked excellently well in getting students admitted in our institute so far and sure for the same in future also.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for MIMT, Greater Noida?

“There are many loopholes which are to be filled to elevate the level of education in the country”

As the Director of MIMT, I believe that if India has to become an economic power, it has to focus on education. The primary challenges in the education system is the teaching quality, Financing, i.e. the cost of courses involved in the higher education system, more of privatization in the education system. Also, the Quota system is still a challenge to identify talent and merit, increasing the gap between the industry and academic requirements, mushrooming of low-quality institutes are some persisting challenges. There isn't much focus on project-based learning, as well.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“In a universe evolving rapidly, youngsters need the correct blend of abilities to flourish”

Admittance to data is expanding, and remembering realities is less significant today than before. Albeit scholastic abilities stay substantial, they are not adequate to encourage pleasant, beneficial, and connected with residents. Abilities like correspondence, cooperation, basic reasoning, and adaptability have consistently been significant for work and life. Be that as it may, they will be considerably more significant for people in the future. Quick advances in innovation are changing the universe of work, and by 2020 an expected 83 million positions the world over will go unfilled because of the absence of aptitudes.
