What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“A passion towards the academic sector and motivation to upskill”

Continuous learning and constantly upgrading skills to match the current market trends is essential for me. As a teacher, I joined this profession but as famously known, students are the actual teachers. Whenever I am teaching I develop my pedagogical sense, and with every passing year, I am adapting myself to the student. So this habit of adaption allows me to flow with the prevailing market current.

What can inbound students gain from studying here in your Institute?

“Training from expert mentors and an experiential learning environment”

The course curriculum of Pharmacy institutes and universities will be the same throughout our country. But the relationship between faculty and students - the most important factor - is of paramount importance. Here our professors and lecturers are not just teachers, they are mentors too. Through inspiration and visualization, they show the students the path to their goal. Getting students to explore innumerable possibilities in the market by getting them out of their comfort zone is important. We believe in providing practical based learning opportunities. Apart from traditional classroom teaching, we try to infuse work-based learning.

"Continuous integration of practical and theoretical concepts"

In this environment, faculties are given the freedom to explore their ideas in a teaching-learning environment. The students receive a continuous mix of practical and theoretical instruction to their satisfaction. It is a great place to be a part of in any capacity.

How do you tend to establish a healthy environment in your Institute?

“Clear communication and being transparent with academic policies”

Creating a thriving learning environment involves many factors. No matter how old or new your classroom is, creating a learning environment takes time. In essence, it's about taking your time. By building relationships with students and parents starting with the first day. Also, enabling clear communication is important. Speaking their language using humour, tech or other strategies to get on their level plays an important role.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the aspiring students?

“Students must focus on constant upskilling and knowledge upgradation”

Yes, they have to understand the Darwin theory of survival of the fittest. To stay competitive, they must keep upgrading their skills to keep up with current trends. If not, other people standing in line will replace them in the competitive era. Hardwork has no other substitute.
