Having a rich experience of 13 years in education and training, Dr. Charu Rawat is presently working as Director of Training and Placement and Facilitator at IMRT, Lucknow. With a doctorate in HR management, she has been working as a teacher, trainer, team leader, motivational speaker, life coach and business developer for many reputed institutions and organizations at national level. Besides conducting various sessions, conferences, workshops and vocational training programs, Dr. Charu has a prominent profile as an expert in education, career counselling and personality development.

What are your roles and responsibilities towards students?

“Strong and successful development approaches”

My foremost responsibility is to provide a holistic development to the students and help them establish a successful career and strong professional network. I tend to create a student centric and leading environment that involves a lot of motivation and counselling apart from working with them. Staying connected with the students, helping and guiding them whenever possible and motivating them to work towards their self-improvement and assisting them.
