How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

"By willing to listen to our student’s concerns and resolve them”

By means of clear and efficient communication, comprehension, and debate. By assisting people in need and appropriately collaborating with students and professors. We must always be willing to listen to kids' concerns and solve them with the best expertise we can offer. We also take feedback from students and work on them to make students feel valued and important stakeholders.

When teaching practical subjects, how do you incorporate industry-oriented perspectives?

“Interactions with domain-specific professionals, internships and field trips”

We provide additional possibilities for our students to gain industry experience and training. We motivate them to participate in industrial training in form of internships. This helps them gain industry-relevant skills. We strive to arrange as many industrial trips as possible in the surrounding area for the students so that they can get a broad range of knowledge. We also invite industry professionals to conduct guest lectures and seminars so that students may learn about current events in the domain.

What do you see as the department’s greatest strengths?

“We are very supportive of our students and encourage them to ask us questions”

The biggest strength of the Electrical Department is the cordial relation between the students and Faculty. Our Department shares a very strong bond with the students which encourages them to share their academic and personal problems with us. We believe that the key to delivering quality education is only through understanding our student’s needs and circumstances. The department's other very important strength is its highly qualified faculty.

What valuable advice would you like to give the students for a prosperous career?

“Positivity and self-dependency are essential to building a good career”

In this competitive era, it is very important for a student to self introspect. And identify their areas of interest. Students should then work to develop expertise in the area. Students should always hold on to hope in the face of life's challenges and avoid negative thinking.
