What is your vision for the education sector?
“Motivating students & create a difference”
It immensely motivates me to be able to add value in my students’ lives and prepare them for the world outside this campus. This is what keeps me going and progressing in this sector. To dissipate education means to impart knowledge to students and make them skilful for job opportunities and a shining future.
How would you describe your leadership style?
“Coordinating among team members and be responsive”
A leader can be good only if he knows how to orchestrate the efforts and performance of the team members in an impactful manner. He must be able to empower them and encourage them to work together and achieve the desired goals and objectives. A leader must adapt to changes and react accordingly.

“Practical training sessions and exposure to industrial world”
We have always been focused in keeping our approach practical and industry-oriented. We endeavour to not only provide text book knowledge to our students but also prepare them for the outside world through our various training programs. We have mandatory industrial visits that give our students a practical perspective to how things are done in the real world. They get to interact with industry experts first hand and learn from their experiences. We have a unique campus recruitment training program as well, where students learn various aspects of practical world through mock interviews, group discussions, presentations, resume building, etc.

Any suggestions you would like to give to aspiring students?
“Put on serious efforts to make a choice”
If I were to suggest students, I would say never go with the herd mentality. Do your own research and choose wisely. Every decision they take should be well thought through and their way forward should be designed based on that. In the end, you are the only one who will have to take responsibility of your decisions as well as actions.
