Dr. R.S. Ghosh is the Director of International School of Management Studies (ISMS). Having spent considerable time in the education domains, he goes on to give a gist of his life in the education sector. Currently serving as the Director, he believes to instill quality etiquettes in the students to serve a greater purpose. It is mandatory that students should prepare for tomorrow and become a valuable resource for the country. To accomplish the same, the institute provides adequate state-of-arts infrastructure to groom and develop the students. Talking about the curriculums, he explains that there are structured orientation programs designed by involving leading corporate and eminent academicians. The institute maintains smart class rooms with air-conditioner, language lab, artificial intelligence workshop facilities, and dedicated work theatre for Design thinking courses, Information Resource Centre (physical and digital library) and dedicated computer labs. ISMS, Pune also organized all kinds of Seminar and Expert Lectures, Conferences and Corporate events in its Seminar Hall and Conference room.

The institute also provides a tutorial room for group studies, mentoring facilities, occupational health room, Cafeteria and Canteen for the student’s needs. The institute maintains CCTV surveillance as precaution measurement throughout the campus.

Selection of students for various MBA programs is followed by the norms of AICTE & DTE. The students are provided an identification unique number throughout the program. Foundation programs to improve the merits of the new comers students in the areas like: quantitative technique, basic accounting, communications skill and in Excel applications. Besides that, students are grooming as per the corporate requirement in Personality development, effective communication, Design thinking and on Artificial intelligence. Mentoring and effective grooming are essential components of our curriculum 

We believe in promising leadership culture at ISMS, Pune. Each student of the institute is groomed through an effective mentoring mechanism in the first year. During their second-year tenure, the institute also provides a super mentoring mechanism by involving domain-based faculty and corporate relations teams. An ambient environment plays an essential role in developing and nurturing students

The Institute has established its Quality Policy since the inception period of its journey. ISMS, Pune released its HR Manual in which all the policies were framed by the competent authorities. The Code of Conduct for Students, Faculties and Staffs are well defined in the said HR manual. The institute also maintains a healthy environment for the students, faculties and staff members. There are Anti-ragging cells and Women Harassment cells are established. The Competent authorities always supports to maintain Healthy relationships and the environment.
