Prof. Dr. Sulbha Raorane is the Director at St. Francis Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. Having vast experience in academic teaching and management, she has been awarded with ‘Rashtriya Gaurav Award’ from IIFS Delhi in 2009 and ‘Bharat Jyoti Award’ from Best Citizen Publishing House, New Delhi in 2018. A keen researcher and well known author, Dr. Sulbha Raorane has authored 7 books and has published around 50 research papers and articles in various national and international journals.

Practice while you learn. In this modern world, we have come up with so many tools and techniques that make learning far more easy and fun than it was during our times. Being a professor, I enjoy learning while teaching. I practice the things that go around with modern developments and celebrate this development as an integral part of my life.
What is the philosophy of your leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
“Learn, Innovate, Perform and Adapt”
Higher education nowadays necessitates new forms of challenges and concerns that calls for a superior level of leadership solutions. Those who consider these challenges as an opportunity to learn & grow and perform & adapt accordingly are the one who succeed. Considering the importance of leaders in an organization, capitalizing on their ideas and ideals is necessary to get beneficial outcomes.
What are your roles and responsibilities towards the college and the students?
“Establishment of coordination among students and staff”
Adapting good learning practice is as important as establishing ultra-modern infrastructure in this new world of changing consents and interests. To work in a systematic and rhythmic way, we all need to coordinate accordingly. Getting best productive outputs along with good and responsible citizens are a primary concern for our organization. We follow a more customized and professional methodology to keep everything ongoing in the best possible way testing our students with much honesty and calmness.
