St Francis Institute of Technology Scholarships

The following departments of the state government offer various scholarships to the students:

• Social Justice and Special Assistance Department : This department offers scholarship to the SC students whose annual family income is less than INR 2 lacs. The students have to submit the income certificate provided by Tahesildar.
• Tribal Development Department : This department offers scholarship to the ST students having annual family income less than INR 2.5 lacs. To claim the scholarship, students have to produce an income certificate provided by Tahesildar.
• Directorate of Technical Education : Under the “Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Yojna”, open or general category candidates are provided scholarships given that their annual family income is less than INR 8 lacs.
• VJ, NT, OBC and SBC Welfare Department : Students having annual family income less than or equal to INR 1 lac, can avail this scholarship by producing income certificate provided by Tahesildar.
• Minority Development Department : Candidates belonging to minority communities (Muslim, Buddhist, Christian, Sikh, Parsi, Jain and Jews community) and having annual family income not more than INR 6 lacs, are eligible for this scholarship on producing an income certificate provided by Tahesildar.
