Dr. Arya on his experience in the education industry

Working as the Director of TRUBA Group of Institutes, it has always been a job full of great responsibilities and pleasure as well. I have not only evolved as a teacher but I have also developed management skills as well as leadership skills. Education Industry is the most evolving industry in the whole world. Every day is a new day here and as a teacher, you have to put your 200% into it. You not only teach something new but you also get to learn as well.

Being the best motivation for staff and students

Leading any organization is always been a huge responsibility. It’s like you are the captain of the ship and you are actually sailing it. One wrong decision and the ship might sink. So, every little/big decision are to be a rethink, analyzed and evaluated on every parameter before the implementations.

My philosophy of leading such a big organization is very simple, I just focus on the coordination of students and teachers and also on the practicality of all the teachings in the institute. I believe the students should be well aware of all the practical implementations of the studies.

When it comes on the managerial and leadership things, I manage all of my staff just by being honest and dedicated to my own work. If as the Director they see me working hard, it will surely motivate them for the same. I am friendly with my colleagues, employees, staff and even with the students and this is how I maintain a two-way bridge between us for all sort of suggestions and feedback.

Challenges faced by Dr. Arya as being the Director of TIEIT

As I already told you being a leader of an EDUCATION INDUSTRY is a very challenging job.Teaching is one of the most rewarding professions that gives you an opportunity to make an impact on a future generation. It is also extremely challenging and hard, No one with actual teaching experience would tell you otherwise.

Being the DIRECTOR it takes immense patience, dedication, passion, and the ability to do more with less. It is a treacherous journey often filled with just as many valleys as there are mountains. And those committed to the profession do so simply because they want to be difference makers.

TIEIT Curriculum

We at TRUBA focus on the practical implementations of academics, not only on the theory part of academics. Students studying at TRUBA are smart workers in the industries today.

They are placed in various big MNCs and using their skills for the development of the organization.

We have our tie-ups with various training industries and the students are exploring the industry exposure in the college itself.

We not only do the industrial training in Truba for the students but various training modules are introduced for the teachers as well.

Together as a group, we contribute towards making TRUBA Group the best Educational Organization of Bhopal.

Changes noticed in the Education Industry

The question of how education has changed depends on the various dimensions of how we look at education as a whole. For instance, if you reflect on education to mean one having the chance to learn and plan for his or her future you will realize education has not changed much, but if think about the changes in the approaches, methods or techniques of teaching in education a lot has changed.

Few major reasons why Education Industry has evolved are-

  • Technology
  • Changes in courses offered and the curriculum
  • Early and extra involvement
  • Changes in teaching models and activities in the education system

An ideal school environment

There is a strong need to establish an ideal Indian Education System for an all-round development of society and nation. Each person should understand his/her responsibility and subsequently act to discharge the same in an effective manner.

The students and teachers both should focus on the practicality of education and not just on bookish knowledge.

My main motto is to give students enough interesting reasons to attend the college and not run from it, for the same I have introduced many active learning sessions in college.

I always appreciate students being good in extracurricular along with studies as it develops the mind and think the ability of the students.

Goals for institute

My vision as the Director of TRUBA Group of Institutes is very simple and accurately precise. I want to give TRUBA my best and see the organization climbing the stairs of success and in few years evolve as the BEST Educational Institute.

I will work together with my team and give the maximum input to achieve the desired output in very less span of time.

In the next few years, TRUBA will be a name on everyone’s tongue tip for its quality education and the placement records.

Suggestions for current youth and the aspiring students

The first thing I would like to request the youth to implement is PATIENCE.

What I see in today’s scenario is that the youth is very impulsive and hence easily give up on their targets which I think is a major drawback.

One should never give up.

Consistency is the key to success.

Also, Students should be encouraged to experiment rather than mug up. I truly believe that the education system should move away from ‘you need to know all this’ to ‘let’s see what you can learn based on your capabilities’.
