How do you enhance the skills and expose students to real-world challenges?

“Providing Students with Personality Development Programs”

Our students come from rural backgrounds and their exposure to a large environment has been a great task. We create industrial rap out for students to understand Engineering and Technology in the real world. Just not by theoretical aspects but by creating an opportunity for every student to bring out his ability towards real-world challenges. A teacher affects eternity; he or she can never tell where his or her learning stops. The mediocre teacher tells the good teacher explains, the superior teacher demonstrates, the great teacher inspires’. I would like to inspire the students.

How would you describe your leadership style?

“Work as a Catalyst for the Success of Other people”

Making everyone grow with their abilities and potential for a path that would stand unique for the betterment of the human era. I will always consider myself as the catalyst which helps other people grow and understand their true potential.
