What are some of the biggest challenges you see for higher education?

“Gaining student concentration in all aspects”

Skill development degrees like Hotel Management needs youngsters with skills but due to the invention of technology youngsters believe in doing easy work that is technology-driven. This poses a challenge as it becomes very difficult to engage young students to learn through practical means. Also, rising expectations of the students for higher package placements and inclination of youth to go abroad, in respect to earn good money and place themselves at higher packages. This results in the deprivation of skilled youth here in our country and affects the economy as well.
