How do you prepare your student to cope with the competition being so high in the outside world?
"Teaching them to be competitive is just making them constantly compare to other people"
I think we should not encourage them to be competitive. Every student is unique. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. Everyone has a different starting point in their education and life journey. Teaching them to be competitive is just making them constantly compare to other people.
We teach them how to collaborate instead and how to complement each other to be able to survive in this fast-paced era. We also teach them to be the best of themselves by encouraging them to compare themselves to their previous selves. We push them to do better and make progress every day by (again) NOT comparing with others but focusing more on their self-development.

What valuable advice would you like to the students for them to have a prosperous career ahead?
"Be honest with yourself and take time to know your strengths and weaknesses"
I believe that all students should have the chance to succeed, and build their ladder. Make your own decisions, everyone has opinions about what you should do with your life and career. You can take their feedback, but it is important to make your own decisions. No one is going to look out for you but you, and you’re the one who has to live with the consequences of your choices. Be honest with yourself and take time to know your strengths and weaknesses. Find areas you excel in and areas to grow. The more self-aware you become, the more growth and opportunities you’ll see.
