Dr. Monika Khatri is the Head of the BBA Department at Poornima University, Jaipur. She has an experience of more than 14 Years guiding UG and PG students in her academic journey. Her core research areas include HR, Banking Finance and Rural Economy. She has attended 24 International conferences, 32 National Conferences and attended 19 Workshops in her field. She has a total of 12 research publications in National and International Journals, to her credit.

Our department offers Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) program which is a 3 year course enabling 12th pass students to be ready for industry. This prepares them according to the university parameters and rules. Online learning, E-notes making, electronic handling (Laptop, tablet, Bluetooth devices, desktop, projector setting) , website and software learning are facilitated during their training process. Faculty members are trained to deliver the best to the students. We provide them with new ideas, innovative techniques and design with updated program modules.
