Dr. Pushpkant Shakdwipee is the Associate Professor at Pacific Institute of Management, Pacific University, Udaipur. He has over seventeen years of experience teaching and researching in the field of Accounting and Finance. He has published five books on accounting and taxes, including one about financial accounting. He has supervised twelve doctoral dissertations and currently, seven scholars are working with him for their PhD research at Pacific University. There are thirty-six research papers and articles to his credit, published in national and international journals. He has presented fifty-three papers in national and international conferences and seminars. Presently he is the Deputy Coordinator of the National accounting Talent Search exam, a yearly event conducted by the Indian Accounting Association and also holds his position as Joint Secretary of Indian Accounting Association at Udaipur Branch.

What is the program that you are offering in your institute for students development?

MBA dual specialization with a higher rate of employment”

At present we are offering MBA dual specialization. The third-semester students are having an option to select two electives, that are considered as two major specializations. This gives a higher scope for better employability. The university has been running this pioneering program since its inception.

We have well-established Student Clubs, Forums and Study Circles where various student-led activities are organized.
