Steps for filling Examination form

Step 1: Visit the official website of RGPV University https://www.rgpv.ac.in

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the first page and you will see a separate section called “ Students Service”.

Step 3: Select the Examination form.

Step 4: Four options will appear: Time Table, Examination Form, Result, Apply for Degree.

Step 5: A screen will appear as given below. Click on the examination form.

Instructions for filling up the examination form:

  • Examination form should be filled by the candidate in his or her own handwriting.
  • Use capital letters in each box.
  • If the application is not in the prescribed format, it will be rejected. 
  • Use separate examination forms for each semester exam whether DEC or regular mode.
  • Fee once paid is neither refundable nor transferable.

RGPV Exam Form in Offline Mode

RGPV offers the exam form to be filled in offline mode. Students can download the examination form from the website. After filling the form, submit the form at the admission counter along with the examination fees.

RGPV Revaluation Form 

RGPV allows students to apply for revaluation of their mark sheets if they have any doubt over the marks allotted to them. For this, there will be additional charges and the procedure is the same as students followed to fill the examination form.

The examination form for diploma courses at RGPV Bhopal is also available online. The college has a separate website link for diploma holders which is https://www.rgpvdiploma.in. Diploma Students need to follow the given steps to fill their forms.
