IPMAT 2021: IIM Indore to Conduct Exam on July 16 (Morning Shift) in CBT Mode, Check Important Dates, Eligibility, Placement

Indian Institute of Management, Indore has released the revised dates for IPMAT 2021. IIM Indore is going to conduct IPM Aptitude Test 2021 on July 16, 2021 (Morning Shift), in computer-based mode. The syllabus will cover three sections- Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. The online application process for IPMAT 2021 closes on May 31.

As per the announcement by Indian Institute of Management, Indore Director Himanshu Rai, the entrance exam will be conducted in the afternoon session in computer-based mode. 

IPMAT 2021 will be conducted for shortlisting of candidates for the five years integrated MBA programme offered at IIM Indore. Earlier, IIM Indore, Director, Himanshu Rai informed the exam date of IPMAT 2021 through his Twitter handle.

The director further informed that all the other dates and information related to the IPMAT 2021 exam will be provided soon on the official website of IIM Indore. The total seats for IIM Indore IPM as per the sanctioned intake for 5 years IPM programme for Indian applicants are 150.

IIM Indore IPM Eligibility 2021

Candidates who have passed Class XII or Higher Secondary are eligible to appear for the IIM Indore IPMAT 2021 test.

Note: The final selection of the candidates is not based on the fulfilment of basic eligibility criteria. Candidates need to clear the cut-off of the IPMAT 2021 and should clear the GD-PI for final selection.

IIM Indore IPM Placements

IIM Indore IPM Placements are very promising. The placement for the integrated program is on par with other IIM Indore MBA programmes. 

Following the completion of the first three years of the program, the IPM students are mixed with freshly admitted students for the 2-year MBA program. Moreover, their classes, curriculum and placements are also similar to other MBA students.

As per the IIM Indore Placements report, the final placement for MBA 2018-20 batch and 5-year IPM batch, IIM Indore was promising. The management institute was able to secure 100% placement in 2020 yet again.

IIM Indore recorded a sharp increase of 23.5% in the highest domestic placement package in 2020 which is up at Rs.50 LPA from Rs.40.5 LPA last year while the average salary for the large batch of 578 students has gone up to Rs. 22.92 LPA from Rs. 20.79 LPA.
