KUK is a state university that offers UG and PG programs in various fields. The University follows a semester system that is split up into two categories i.e. odd semester and an even semester and publishes college-wise and individual results separately for all UG, PG and other programs on its website.

KUK Transcripts 

The university has a dedicated portal for the transcripts, provisional certificates and Issue of DMC/Degree. Students who require the original copies of the above are to apply from the online portal and submit the fees accordingly.

The portal will only accept online payments and students need to submit scanned copies of their certificate, passport size photo and signature to complete the application. Once the registrar office receives the application, they will issue the same and release it over the candidate’s email.

Students who are not satisfied with the KUK results are required to apply for the revaluation process within 15 days of the declaration of results and submit their application to the online portal. Revaluation results are released after 3 weeks of the submission of the application.

KUK Grading Scheme

The Grade and the corresponding Grade Point will be awarded to the students on the basis of marks scored in the Assignment, Project Work and End Term Examination. The conversion factor and assignment for conversion from SGPA/CGPA to the percentage of marks will be the final grades secured by the student.
