What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Ability to guide and mentor the aspiring students of this field”

I have been working since 1992 in this industry and all I think about is to provide a good level of education to the youth of today. And provide vocational training that majorly focuses on skill development. So my major attention had been towards running hospitality and tourism courses in my institute and providing the best exposure to students by availing On the Job Training by enrolling students in various companies. I would like to share that we have been successfully placing students under Internship programs in Gulf countries and other overseas countries like Europe, France, Germany

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Leadership for me is meeting the needs of the teammates and managing expectations”

My objective is to provide all students irrespective of their background with an overall education in which they will have equal opportunities. In addition to meeting the needs of the students and their expectations, I believe that my leadership philosophy is to shape the students into the future leaders we want.

What can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?

“Skill training and comprehensive education for students overall growth”

  • My experience in Canada when I completed my diploma taught me that they extensively use teaching aids and equipment, whereas our education system in India does not.
  • In India, the government has now introduced the concept of vocational training in institutions to help teach practical skills.
  • Today, skill training is the main focus, and students can obtain certification in any course they choose.

How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of industry?

“Students will be educated in the field of tourism, aviation and travel”

A broad focus of our curriculum is on educating students in the field of travel, tourism, and aviation. As I have acquired a diploma in this field, I am well-versed in its nuances and would like to share my knowledge with other students.

For the students, my advice would be to choose the path that best fits their interests, understanding their needs, and following their hearts. I would also recommend that students not hesitate to explore all other options available to them

What are some plans that you’re currently designing for your institute?

“MoU’s, Vocational training and higher education training”

  • The emphasis is on skill-based training and vocational training.
  • The government has been focusing on Vocational Training and MOUs were recently signed in that regard.
  • It has been an advantage for students to take UPSC SSC exams without facing any discrimination because of their branch of study, so this has been helpful.

How do you tend to establish a healthy environment in your institute?

“Continuous interaction in the form of orientation and extracurricular events”

Our students take part in Freshers Welcome events, Industry visits to mountains to learn about tourism, like what is ecotourism, adventure tourism, etc. Also, we offer indoor games, educational tours, grooming seminars, and communication seminars.
