Dr. Deepti Bhargava has been working as the Principal of Shrinathji Institute of Biotechnology and Management, Nathdwara. With an extensive experience of 22 years in the Education sector fulfilling multiple roles, she has published 24 papers in various national and international journals, and has organised a number of national conferences, seminars and workshops. Having published two books on Management Education in India and Talent Management, Dr. Deepti is also a life member of many education associations in India.

What is your vision for education?

A well developed professional and disciplined environment where everyone gets equal opportunity for growth and development. Education is about providing a platform to those who are scarce of it. I see education as the sector to aid equality with equity among all.

We regularly conduct personal development activities like skill enhancement programs and vocational training sessions for overall development of the students. We have tie ups with different local industries that serve as a platform for students to gain practical experience and knowledge. A much-defined curriculum will be formed for the overall development of each individual and prepare them for the demand of the market to help them achieve their goals in life. Our focus is to provide Skill development programmes and provide a platform for start-ups. We want to develop leadership qualities too in the students so that they could also generate opportunities for others. We aspire to inculcate in our students a complete life experience and unsurpassed professional growth. 

What do you think are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

“Helping them develop professionally and appropriately”

We ensure students get a complete life experience and professional growth that will help them throughout their lives. We provide a suitable and healthy environment that aids their development in a disciplined manner. Periodic Entertainment and cultural activities are also conducted which helps the students to adjust in the institute’s local surroundings.
