How do you plan different activities and programs for students?

“Making students learn the real-time analysis is crucial”

As an Assistant professor of Operations & Finance, I try to plan out more practical activities. These activities involve real-time situation analysis, the use of excel, and other related tools that a student must use in implementing the real problems.

What are the greatest strengths of your courses?

“Our course structure defines the strength of the course”

The greatest strength of my course is the course structure. The structure is in complete alignment with the current scenario, and there is the implementation of the real-time situations

What strategies do you apply for overall growth of the students in your courses?

“The level of understanding helps us assess each student”

The students' overall growth depends upon how circumstances grow and how different perspectives are placed in front of them. The perspectives help me to understand their learning level. While teaching, I try to understand the learning capabilities of my students and then try to teach them into my teaching.

How do you train yourself to deliver these courses to the students?

“I follow the track of constant upgradation”

I believe in constant upgradation to keep myself on track with the current situations. It helps me incorporate my teaching style and make students abreast of the industry's current requirements. Writing research papers, attending FDP, and conferences is also helpful in skill enhancement.

What is your approach to make a healthy environment for your students?

“It is essential to provide an ambient learning environment to students”

I ensure to create curiosity in students. It helps to create a healthy learning environment and makes learning fun. Also, it helps to develop potential in students, and they shape up their learning processes accordingly. If we can make the students familiar with the subjects and the college culture and environment, they will never face adjustment issues.

What suggestions would you like to give to the students?

“Trace your learning curve by laying a strong foundation for ground work”

The only suggestion to the students is to focus on the basics and do the groundwork wisely. It will help them with the implementation path, which will form a robust foundation for them. Basics are essential to clear hindrances to trace the learning curve with ease.
