“To conduct research, write up reports and interviews for students are our greatest responsibilities”
We are developing curriculum and delivering course material. My duties are conducting research, fieldwork, investigations, and writing up reports. Assisting with student recruitment, interviews, and academic counseling sessions are other roles.
How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

How do you try to bring an approach towards subjects and make it industry oriented?

The key difference between theoretical learning and practical implementation is a quick result. Practical tasks often require individuals to work in groups. It helps in enhancing multiple skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, sharing, caring, and more. To get practical academic help, it is vital to help yourself and do things on your own. Involve yourself in different practical programs across the country. It is necessary to participate in a group or solo.
What are the best practices offered by the department to students which help them gain necessary skills?

Structuring the curriculum development process through strategies to develop a comprehensive educational program. It meets the expected industry standards. Our curriculum is classified into three major types based on the components. Weovert official curriculum, it details the steps to follow to properly and implement the curriculum to arrive at the intended outcome. Different learning aspects contribute to implicit curricula. It is a by-product of implementing explicit curricula. Absent or null curriculum is the one that is not taught or excluded from the developed curricula. It could be intentional or unintentional.

One of the most widespread types of extracurricular experience available on college campuses is student government. They are involved in governance organizations such as student government and residence hall government. We are typically elected by their peers to function as the official voice of students to university administration. Academic major and professional organizations assist their members in acquiring experience in their chosen occupational field and aiding in the job search. Volunteer and Service-Related Activities exist to help improve the local and worldwide community. It is an important goal of extracurricular activities.
What are the challenges facing to uplift the quality of education of RRASE College Of Engineering?
“Training of teachers, promoting innovation, and induction training are available to pupils”
Long-term perspective plans will be prepared for technical education at State level. So, the quality issues being faced may be addressed in a focused and planned way in consultation with the concerned State Governments. Induction training in every student on admission shall be put through a mandatory. It reinforce the fundamental concepts and the required language skills required for technical education. The model curriculum and the periodicity of this induction training will be separately notified by the AICTE. We give training for each teacher of the technical education disciplines shall mandatorily undergo an annual refresher course. Promoting innovation/start-ups shall be efforts at every level for promoting innovation and creativity in the students.
When you came to college, what was your vision and how are you trying to achieve the same?
“To make engineering faculty through creativity, professionalism, research, entrepreneurship, and partnership on campus”
My vision is to make the Faculty of Engineering a dynamic center of innovation and creativity dedicated to teaching. Lifelong learning, professionalism, research, entrepreneurship, and partnership with local and global communities are necessary. I am trying to achieve by demonstrating respect for our profession, students, colleagues, environment, and communities we serve. We are conducting sound research that benefits the academic and professional communities, as well as our public at large including the environment. Our campus provides solutions for economic and environmental sustainability for our communities like public, academia, university, faculty, students, business, and industry.
How does the curriculum of college ensure the best practice of the industry?

In tutorial classes, students undertake group discussion, problems faced in the lecture room, quiz, class test, work exercise, and supervision of a faculty. What are the interventions and approaches you bring in apart from curriculum to train/teach the students?

Behavioural Interventions and group interventions allow students to understand new or existing subject content through team discussion and group work. In this way, students can listen to, respond, and consider their peers’ differing thoughts in a collaborative environment.
