The motto of the Educational institutions is to transmit the knowledge and make the students responsible citizens of India .With the changeover from Gurukul system of learning to sophisticated modern technology learning , the students are no longer depending on regular teaching methodology. In the beginning of the semester Governing Council Meeting are held and the strategic plans are formulated regarding the courses ,academic syllabus implementation, Evaluation etc. The budgets are formulated for recurring and non-recurring expenses and budgetary control is exercised. Market identification and Segmentation of geographical area for student’s enrolments is planned. Advertisement in Digital marketing and participation in Educational fares, exhibitions are planned. Abraham Lincoln is an example of a competitive personality who challenges failure and emerges as a true champion. Some are the motivating things that can be passed on to the students are to build their strengths, dissolve their own fear and identify the cause and effects of the failures and taking step by step approach to overcome failures, becoming less egoistic, considering natural talents and transfer them to focus and practice, focusing on consistent, near perfect performances will definitely help them to overcome failures. Mentoring, motivating, counseling, guiding, sharing are some of the methods of handling the fears in the students.
