What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
“Bringing out the best in an individual”
I started box work to distinguish an individual from his/her normal task so that (s)he will be demanded due to his/her special work/innovation. I strive to maintain an open channel two way communication to all students and subordinates. Also, I try to leave an everlasting impression on my students, which always keeps them connected with my teachings and will make them a good human being and an aware citizen of the country.
What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
“Delegate the authority and responsibility”
Create an educational environment added with sports, cultural activities, creation/innovation in any field, and interdisciplinary work so that my students can enjoy in his domain and put his effort into the field he likes best. Also, in my perspective, knowledge should not be confined to written tests and classrooms. Lastly, I would say “Leaders don't create followers, they create more leaders”. So, as far as possible, I try to nominate my students to volunteer the various educational and cultural occasions.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your College?
“Providing the students with the best so that they speak for us”
I believe a proper study is key to perfect execution. Here we teach students to speak at the dais. Every student is compelled to create new ideas/things with their guide. We try our best to inculcate leader-like qualities in them with continuous motivation. Along with the curriculum, we prioritize the development of soft skills.
In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?
“Cross-functional opportunities to students for maximum exposure”
Professional education aims to fulfill the needs and demands of the industry so that they can serve for the betterment of society. We are lagging in the real sense due to some structural complexity, less practical approach in our professional education, least co-operation of Industry, and lack of motivation of students. So, we make sure that all of our students get a whole new level of exposure, be it technology incorporation or experienced faculty.
What do you see as the greatest strengths of LDC Allahabad?
“Embodying the saying ‘Making Knowledge Work”
The greatest strength of LDC in Allahabad is its very supportive and intellectual management/Chairman Mr. Sanjay Gupta. The Institute has not only succeeded in providing aspirants with professional education of the high standard but also placing them in reputed companies and organizations.
Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?
“Always be adaptive”
My prime advice to the youth at present they should think and act to accomplish their goal added with their phone/media. We are entering the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which is a blend of AI, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing. Like in this unprecedented time of the COVID crisis, we cannot only rely on classroom teaching, though classroom teaching has its incredible essence to tackle the situation, online learning is the new Gurukul.
