How do you establish healthy relationships with students and fellow faculty?
"By interacting with students and their guardian regularly and being a trustworthy person for them"
I strongly believe that the effectiveness of teachers and the achievements of students are impacted by student-teacher relationships to a great extent. And a student feels more at ease and secure if they have a good connection with their teacher. Hence we interact with our students and their parents frequently and never leave any opportunity to appreciate our students whenever they achieve any milestones. With faculties also, I have maintained a very cordial relationship by actively involving myself when they need my support or suggestions and also by maintaining a transparent and trustworthy communication environment with them.

How do you build a positive school culture in college for the students?
"By encouraging others to interact positively with one another and to believe in themselves"
We all live in a society where negativity spreads quickly and also a single ray of positivity can change the entire culture and bring amazing improvements. I believe positivity is a practice and not something you are born with. A healthy institute culture benefits teachers by reducing stress, increasing authenticity, retention and willingness to innovate, boosting productivity, and fostering stronger bonds between staff members and students. Hence we motivate everyone to think positively, engage them in constructive communications with people they interact regularly with, encourage them to believe in themselves and surround themselves with positive people.
How do you prepare your students to deal with the competition of the outside world?
"By appreciating and rewarding them when they achieve any milestones"
For the purpose of preparing students for this competitive world and making them more confident, we held interactive sessions, counseling and mentoring sessions regularly, gave them positive feedback, and rewarded their achievements from time to time. In addition to this, we give them responsibilities and promote teamwork when they work on projects. Lastly, we keep encouraging them to not compare their individuality with anyone.

Any feedback which you would like to share with the new generation coming forward?
"Stay focused in life, keep upgrading your knowledge and enhancing your network"
Although attending college is an excellent way to learn life skills, there are few suggestions which I would like to give to my students for their bright future ahead. Firstly, seek those internship opportunities which suit your skills and where you can utilize them in a better way. Keep upgrading your knowledge and practical experience, stay motivated and focused towards your goals and follow your own passion instead of following others blindly. Begin by asking yourself what you truly desire in life, because it is simpler to navigate life when we are fully aware of your heart's desires.
