What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“The ability to administer quality education for the future of young minds of our nation”

Education is the tool for shaping the future of a nation. Being connected with the educational fields throughout my professional career helps me to contribute towards the nations intellectual growth. It’s an effort to help society constructively and that ultimately provides a sense of satisfaction and gratification to me.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“To utilize the capabilities of all the members in order to achieve the common goal”

A leader must possess empathy and gratitude to become a role model. Hence, my leadership operations include leading by an example wherein one sets the benchmark themselves before expecting the teammates to follow. There must be a maximal use of individual talents synchronously, for the greater good.

What can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?
