What key factors keep you connected with the education sector?

“My attachment with the students”

Academics, Research, Administration and the Students are the key factors that keep me connected with the education sector. I feel that teachers have a big responsibility towards nation building. To prepare a student with good skills and good moral values is a service to the nation. So, I focus on teaching the students and making them good human beings.

Being a Principal, how would you describe your leadership style?

“Trusting the team and guiding them”

I believe that in today’s time there is a need for a person who empowers his team to excel rather than just showing his authority as a leader. While dealing with students, I always try to test their knowledge and capability and teach accordingly which I believe helps my students to discover their real potential. This is the philosophy that I have also followed in my career.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of CEC?

“People and Process are the key elements of our Marketing Strategy”

My management has a basic principle that is to give your students the best teaching and resources and they will be your brand ambassadors. If the students are happy and satisfied, we do not need excessive marketing strategies. If we talk about the administration, we always work hard as a team. Everyone feels like a family member here in the administration. Even with our students, we make them feel like our friends so that they do not hesitate in telling us their problems and doubts. It builds a positive environment in the Institute.

In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying in CEC?

“We offer more and more training exposure so as to attract students to our college”

We offer evidence and case-based studies to provide students with practical exposure so as to help them learn things effectively. Collective practical experience and learning is far more important than theoretical learning. Students feel learned after getting the exposure and feel the confidence in them that they can contribute highly to this dynamic world.

How could your college be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

“We have various scholarship schemes for students from different economic backgrounds”

Good Organizational culture helps us to welcome students from different races. The only requirement is that a student should have the potential to get into our institute. If they have the good caliber and get into our institute, we have no discrimination here. We, here, provide the same education, equal opportunity to each student irrespective of their background.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the college and the students are?

“My job is to look after the teaching staff and maintain discipline”

For the students, I am their representative in front of the management and they raise their difficulties and queries in front of me. I take that forward so that it can be resolved. My responsibility towards the institute is to keep them functioning as smoothly as possible and make sure that discipline is maintained.

When you first came to CEC, what was your vision for the College?

“My vision is to expand the institute”

I intend to open a PhD centre for all the subjects and with our efficient team and hard work we will surely achieve this goal in the near future. I wish to take CEC at the highest possible level in the education sector.

What do you see as CEC’s greatest strength?

“Our placement cell is our strength”

Our students are getting an INR 10+ LPA offer from MNC's. Apart from this we are providing advanced laboratories, IIT Virtual lab and expert faculties and creating best industry practices. We have a good organizational structure.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Remember that Sky is the only limit”

I want our youth to know that there is no limit to anything, you will be the one deciding your limits. Focus on learning skills conceptually rather than simply memorizing for the sake of marks, develop an all-around personality to have a prosperous career ahead. In today’s time, the value of skills in the market is much more than mark sheets, so better keep that in mind and plan your career.
