What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“To come across young people with fresh and innovative ideas”

I have always held key positions throughout my professional career. Interacting with young minds, understanding them, helping them, mentoring them, and finally learning from them are the key factors that have kept me connected with the education sector.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“A believer of Paternalistic leadership”

My philosophy of leadership is as I consider myself as a facilitator for my team. I support them, groom them, and remain flexible with them. About leadership style, I would say that my leadership style is the combination of democratic, coaching, autocorrecting, and pacesetting. Though it depends upon the task and the situation but most of the time I follow the said leadership styles.
